Race Packs, Runner Bibs and Batons
A digital race pack will be emailed out to all runners 1 week before the event. All race bibs will be collected by the Team Captain along with the team baton at Team Captains Registration tent on race day.
What awards are available on the night?
There are 5 awards presented after each race. The fastest team will receive the winner's trophy; there are also trophies for the second and third placed teams, the fastest mixed team and the fastest female team.
How many teams can my company enter?
A company may enter up to 2 teams.
Can the team captain be changed once the team has registered?
Yes, once the team has registered, the individual who registered the team can invite runners and select another runner to take over as captain.
What is the minimum number of runners a team can have?
Each team should consist of 10 participants, but the minimum number of participants per team is 8 - in this situation, 2 participants must run another lap each for the team to complete all 10 laps. No participant is permitted to run more than 2 laps.
Do I need to have a full team of 10 ready before signing up?
No, you can register your team and add your runners later. We ask that all teams are finalised two weeks before the race. *
*We understand peoples plans change and injuries happen, so runners can be changed leading up to the race if necessary.
Can I run in more than one team?
Participants are permitted to run in only one team at any given race.
Do all my runners need to be employees of the company registering?
A minimum of 8 individual participants in each team must be employed by the corporation, or be a member of the professional organisation or learned society entering the race – verification of eligibility must be provided upon request.
Can I have an all-female team?
Yes we encourage female teams to register!
The team categories are Overall, Mixed and Female. All teams will be eligible for the Overall category.
To be eligible for the Mixed category, a team will need to consist of at least 4 individual female participants, running a minimum of one lap each, and at least 1 male or non-binary participant running at least one lap - the rest of the team can be filled with any gender.
To be eligible for the Female category, a team will need to consist of female participants only.
What is the deadline to sign up?
There is no deadline to register, but as the race is first-come first-served, once all the teams have sold out there will be no more team allocations, so we would advise clients to sign up as soon as possible so they don’t miss out!
Can sales register for clients?
No unfortunately not. Clients need to register themselves in order to manage their team and runners. Our team will work with the team captains to ensure they get their runners signed up and they are ready to race.
How do I invite my runners?
We will send you instructions on how to add you runners once your team has been approved.
